SplashBase v0.9 GPIO PC View

I've identified an issue where by a GPIO status message is corrupted stopping the PC app from reading the GPIO.

This has been fixed in version v0.10 firmware which will be released very soon.

I still haven't got around to upgrading to version 0.9. Might as well wait for version 0.10 now.
