A Knowledge of C, ARM Cortex Jtag, Code Composer 5 ( Free if you use an XDS100 based Jtag )

Stellarisware, once installed contains a Docs directory which has everything you need to know about using the Stellaris Library to write code for TI's devices.
I will update this thread with some basic examples but the real detail is in the docs.
