Just noticed a small issue with the v0.8 SplashBase firmware and the GPIO view via USB serial and PC app. The PCA9555D chip used by the IO expander has a separate Input and Output value register and the GPIO view currently only displays the input register value for the Port. So when using some PINs as outputs their last set value won't be visible.

This is resolved in version 0.9 SplashBase firmware, I now combine the input and output registers to accurate show the state of the GPIO expanders ports.

I will publish SplashBase firmware v0.9 in the next day or so.
