Programing the LPC1347 Cortex M3

Hi all!

I have no experience on ARM MCU's. I want start doing some small projects that needed to be in very limited space. Can you please tell me if I develope a program using the DipCortex M3, can I later tranfer the program to a LPC1347 ARM Cortex M3 MCU inbebed in my project(PCB)?
